Abbas Haider Ali joined Managed Objects as Vice President, Product Strategy in 2008. In this role, Mr. Haider Ali works to enable prospects, customers, and partners realize the valuable benefits enabled by adopting Managed Objects’ Business Service Management solution.

Before joining Managed Objects, Mr. Haider Ali spent more than seven years with OPNET Technologies, Inc. (OPNT), an entrepreneurial high tech software and consulting services company in the Network and Application Performance Management space. As AVP of Pre-Sales Engineering, Mr. Haider Ali and his team supported technical sales activities that supported and exceeded corporate revenue objectives. With a wide breadth of experience working directly with Corporate Enterprise, Service Provider, and Federal Government clients, Mr. Haider Ali also lead activities in the areas of Product Management, Industry Events, Analyst Sessions, and Partner/Channel Programs.

Prior to OPNET, Mr. Haider Ali spent nearly five years with IBM Canada as National e-School Solutions Specialist where he served as lead architect of solutions geared toward the education market.

Mr. Haider Ali holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
