Business Technologist
Jim is Managed Objects’ European Business Technologist. The role involves interfacing with clients, partners, market analysts and the media to ensure they realise the valuable benefits enabled by adopting the Business Service Management approach enabled by Managed Objects’ unique Formula platform.
Originally qualified as a nuclear physicist with a Ph.D. from Birmingham University, Jim entered the IT industry in 1975. His IT career has encompassed technical, managerial and consultancy roles in the UK, South Africa and Europe with organisations like ICL and Computer Associates. Jim is a frequent speaker at a variety of events from large conferences, such as CA-World, partner conferences and presentations to specialist groups and executive management.
