Director, Service Management
With more than 20 years of industry expertise, Michele Hudnall joined Managed Objects as Director of Service Management in 2005. She consults with clients and partners in defining technical solutions to their service management requirements.
Michele previously spent six years at META Group, Inc. as a senior research analyst and consultant providing actionable advice to clients regarding service management processes, technologies and sourcing decisions and negotiations through written research, best practice guidance, onsite customer workshops and presented at industry conferences.
Prior to META Group, Michele was a Product Line Manager with Tivoli Systems defining the product requirements and guiding the development teams in building integrated service management solutions. She led the integration efforts between multiple development teams after the acquisition of Software Artistry by Tivoli, as well as manage the relationship and development of product requirements with the IBM Global Services delivery teams leveraging the Tivoli solutions.
Previous experiences included the development of technical solutions in various technical, consultative and leadership roles for both EDS and American United Life. Michele earned her a bachelor degree from James Madison University, is ITIL Foundation certified and completed the EDS Systems Engineering program as a Systems Engineer.
Specific areas of strength: Problem, Asset, Change, Configuration, Service Level and Business Service Management, help desk/service desk; the supporting technologies and processes; and managed services (outsourcing).
